CFI Financial Group, a brokerage company that regulates various currencies and CFDs, appointed Stelias Thrasyvoule as the chief technology officer of the company, which came into force immediately.
Commenting on his new role, Celias Thrasyvoulou said: “I am delighted to join the CFI and be surrounded by such hard-working and experienced professionals. Recently, CFI has seen tremendous growth, and one of my main goals is to drive that growth by using new and reliable technologies, helping organizations create new products and improve existing infrastructure. ”
Thrasyvulu brings to his new position 15 years of experience in technology and finance. His direct responsibilities include overseeing CFI infrastructure technology and playing an important role in vision and strategy. It will work closely with the company’s client base, which includes professional investors, to ensure the long-term value of their investments.
Thrasyvulu joins a broker from Dubai from TIOmarkets, who acquired Primus Capital Markets to create trading applications in a regulated environment for the blockchain industry.
Prior to that, Thrasyvoule was Head of Technology and Project Management at Swiss Markets, part of the BDSwiss Group. Other stops in the FX industry include working in senior technology positions at Henyep Group and IronFX.
The founders and executives of CFI Financial Group Hisham Mansour and Eduardo Fahuri commented: “Technology is synonymous with innovation, faith in a company that has been and always is the key to maintaining our pioneering status in the financial markets. By joining the Stelios team, we strive to further strengthen our status as a fintech-focused company. The future is focused on both the customer and the technology, so it only makes sense to improve it by raising our team further in this key area. ”

“We are in the process of taking our infrastructure to the next level, and for this we need to introduce the latest technological advances, while ensuring efficiency, sustainability and error protection, which will allow us to focus 100% on business expansion. With Celias on the team, I strongly believe in his ability to deliver a new generation of upgrades to an already powerful installation in a short period of time and in a very convenient manner, ”added CFI Financial Group CEO Dr. Demetrias Zambaglov.
CFI Financial recently expanded its offer of difference contracts (CFDs), this time adding more than 250 cryptocurrency products to MetaTrader 5.
The range of cryptocurrencies offered by CFI not only includes traditional products found in the industry, but also gives its global customers the opportunity to trade CFDs in cryptocurrency paired with Gold and Dow Jones.
The introduction of new tools adds to the broker’s rapidly expanding set of cryptocurrencies following strong demand from clients over the past few months.
