Billups Buys SaaS Platform Ads on Top to Accelerate Technology Ambitions in Out-of-Home (OOH) Marketplace

PORTLAND, ORE., February 15, 2022 / PRNewswire / – Billups, the largest privately held technology and management company in the United States, today announced the acquisition of Ads on Top, a single ad server with an API and an established delivery platform (SSP). specifically for processing cycles and digital out-of-home software (DOOH).

Ads on Top’s flagship product, Switchboard, is DOOH’s main advertising server, SSP platform and management company. The switchboard works with virtually any media player and content management system (CMS) and can be embedded in existing operations using robust APIs.

Founded in 2016, Ads on Top initially served top car advertising New York, Los Angeles and Philadelphia. This work culminated in the creation of the ultimate DOOH management platform for optimizing traditional, cycle-based planning plans along with rule-based software ordering on both mobile and stationary screens. Since then, the startup has placed billions of ads on tens of thousands of screens across the United States Canada.
